Philosophy

My method of working is based on a Christian view of the world. In a society in which the loss of values and arbitrariness are increasingly deplored, an obligatory and clear sense of values creates a solid foundation for trust. This is especially important in sensitive conflict situations. 

  The impartial appreciation of the individual is of the highest priority for me.

  Absolute discretion during the handling of conflicts.

  I look for a lasting conflict solution. The aim is not to "cement" but to stabilise relations and overcome conflicts and thus to bring together employees/suppliers/customers etc. on a long-term basis.
