More than ten years of professional experience as specialist and manager in medium-sized as well as international companies in different industries (small electrical appliances and household products, automotives, information technology). First employed in Controlling, then as a Director of Finance / HR, Authorised Signatory and HR Change Manager.

  After further training as an outplacement consultant and a business mediator (CCI), self-employed consultant for constructive conflict resolution.
